Puppy Photography Munich – Capture the First Moments Forever
Your puppy grows up fast. Let's preserve the first precious weeks and months in beautiful images – relaxed, loving and entirely at your pace.
This time passes faster than you think
The first weeks with a puppy are unforgettable – and they go by so quickly. As a puppy photographer in Munich, I capture exactly these precious moments for you: the tiny paws, the curious eyes, the first explorations of the world. Natural, heartfelt and stress-free for your little one.
The puppy shoot takes place wherever your little one feels safe – at your home, on your regular walk route, or in the park around the corner. I take time for you and patiently wait for the most beautiful natural moments.
The result: images that will still make you smile years from now, bringing back memories of this special time.
When is the best time for a puppy shoot?
The ideal time for a puppy photo shoot in Munich is between 8 and 16 weeks of age. At this stage your puppy is curious and playful but can't run too far yet – perfect for natural, lively photos.
As a general rule: the sooner the better. Because even at 6 months your dog already looks very different from their first weeks. If you're only just thinking about it, just write to me – together we'll find the best date for your puppy shoot.
Ideal time for the first shoot
Lots of patience and breaks for your puppy
At home, familiar walk or nearby park
Photos you'll love for a lifetime
Where your puppy feels safe
Your puppy's wellbeing comes first. That's why I photograph where your little one already knows the territory – on the familiar walk around the corner, the meadow you visit every day, or simply at your home.
- At your home – Often the best choice for very young puppies – familiar smells, no strange distractions.
- Your regular walk route – Where you go every day – your puppy knows the ground and feels secure.
- A nearby park or meadow – Short trip, fewer distractions – ideally your favourite spot in Munich.
Does your puppy need a break? Then we take one – simple as that. I follow your rhythm completely, no time pressure, no stress. The best photos happen anyway when your little one is relaxed and curious.
How to prepare for the puppy shoot
Toys & treats
Bring your puppy's favourite toy. Treats help direct attention briefly to the camera – without any drilling.
Rested & fed
A short play beforehand makes your puppy lively without exhausting them. After eating they'll be more relaxed.
No pressure
No puppy needs to sit still or follow commands. I photograph them as they are – sniffing, playing and exploring.
Puppy shoot FAQs
- Can the puppy shoot take place at my home?

- What happens if my puppy gets tired during the shoot?
- We simply take a break – no stress, no rush. I follow your puppy's rhythm completely. Often the best photos come right after a little rest when curiosity kicks back in.
- Does my puppy need to know commands or sit still?
- Not at all. I photograph puppies as they are – playing, sniffing, exploring. The more natural, the better. No commands or poses needed.
- How long does a puppy shoot in Munich take?
- A puppy shoot typically takes 30 to 60 minutes – including breaks and spontaneous play moments. What matters more than time is capturing the most natural, beautiful moments. If we're done early, that's perfectly fine.
