Gift Voucher Purchase

When you purchase a photo shoot gift voucher through our website, the data required for processing (first name, last name, email address, voucher code, order date) is stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare D1). This data is used exclusively for voucher management, redemption, and sending the voucher confirmation by email.

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract). Data will be deleted after the expiry of statutory retention periods (generally 10 years under tax law).

Cloudflare Turnstile

We use the service Cloudflare Turnstile by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, on our forms (contact form and gift voucher order). Turnstile protects against automated requests (spam and bots). For this purpose, a JavaScript code from Cloudflare is loaded which processes information about your browser and device (e.g. browser type, screen resolution, time zone). This data is transferred to Cloudflare servers in the USA.

The use of Turnstile is technically necessary to ensure the security of our forms and is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in security and prevention of misuse) as well as § 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG.

Stripe (Payment Processing)

For the processing of gift voucher purchases, we use the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Ireland. When making a payment, you are redirected to the Stripe-hosted checkout page. Payment data collected there (e.g. credit card number, name, email address) is processed directly by Stripe and is not fully disclosed to us.

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract). Stripe may transfer data to the USA; Stripe is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Resend (Email Delivery)

To send confirmation and notification emails (e.g. after a contact enquiry or gift voucher purchase), we use the service Resend by Resend Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. The data required for email delivery (recipient address, subject, content) is transferred to Resend servers.

Use is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in reliable communication).
